Road Traffic

Sunderland's Premier Road Traffic Solicitors

At Scanlan Solicitors, we provide a wide range of road traffic law services to Sunderland, the North East and the wider country. As experienced road traffic solicitors, we have a high success rate in exceptional hardship and special reasons arguments. We understand the importance of maintaining your licence and guarantee to use all our experience to make sure that happens.

Police Interviews

Unlike some Road Traffic Experts, we have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to allow us to provide any advice and assistance to suspects when being questioned by the police which means that you do not have to pay for that advice.

We understand the importance of protecting driving licences and provide expert advice on the best way to achieve this. We have a wealth of experience dealing with Road Traffic Law from the most serious offences of causing death by dangerous driving to dangerous driving, excess alcohol, driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs to speeding and using a mobile phone whilst driving.

High Quality, Versatile Service

We pride ourselves on being able to offer sound legal advice to all of our clients both in Sunderland and the rest of the country. Legal Aid is available in some cases, and for other cases we offer highly competitive fixed rate fees.

We provide realistic advice on the prospective outcome of a case and all work is provided at transparent, reasonable rates.
